This growing business produces a Natural Fertilizer and soil enhancing BioChar products that are in demand but are also in a niche market. We produce and bag a natural fertilizer, biochar and horticultural charcoal. All manufacturing and bagging are done on site. We are expanding from being a regional supplier to having our products available in a major national chain.
We have an active minority partner that manages the entire operation, he and other key employees are all staying on. As our new partner, you can take an active position in the business or be more of a silent partner with an advisory role. Totally your choice of just how involved you would like to be.
We have up to 60% +/- of the business available at $25,000 per percentage point of ownership. We’ll consider investments ranging from $500,000 up to a maximum of $1,500,000. Our attorney will convey proportionate shares of ownership interest to our new partner. We'll issue quarterly dividends with full return on your initial investment expected in just 24 fully operational months.
