1. The “Camplink” name, registered as a fictitious name (dba) in Florida. The domain, camplink.net, its website, content, associated email addresses and toll-free number. All logos,images, artwork and branding associated with Camplink. 2. Assumption of all revenues derived from the Camplink parks 3. All wifi gear in Camplink’s inventory as well as installed in its current parks, 4. Back office/accounting system which has been customized to integrate with the provisioning of Camplink users, processing of the credit card charges, and custom reporting.

Competition

Current Footprint Over half of Camplink’s current parks are in Florida. The rest are mostly in the northeastern U.S. and Great Lakes area, with an additional 4 parks in Texas. Camplink has a relationship with the largest RV Park owner in the country, who owns 24 of the parks in Camplink’s portfolio. There is certainly room to expand that existing relationship into more parks.

Growth & Expansion

Growth Potential Over the past year, the current owners have started offering “fixed wireless” internet to end-users at specific parks. The preliminary results have been phenomenal - very high adoption, more reliable revenue, and less customer support. With some minor tweaks the service can be expanded to the remainder of the portfolio to produce more revenue. There is a lot of potential to expand service. This is a niche business that no large providers (cable companies, telcos) want to deal with.
