New Operational Infused Bakery/Dispensary

This is an operational dispensary/bakery located in a prime location in downtown Chattanooga, TN. This location opened just a couple months ago and is part of a franchise chain of bakeries in locations such as Chicago, IL, Detroit, MI, Raleigh, NC, Flagstaff and Tempe, AZ. Part of the benefits of being part of the franchise is that all areas of payroll, insurance and 401K for employees are handled the by the company, as well as all the supplies needed to run the business which are ordered through the companies warehouse.

The THC & CBD is supplied by the franchise, which is their own recipe, and they handle all the legalities of their product. As owner, the only thing required is the running of the business as the owner and taking care of all costs associated with running it, but there will be support from the company as needed.

For sale is our share, which is 49% of this shop and the other 51% is owned by the franchise owners/partners, but all the profits are split 50/50. This is a great way to get into the dispensary business with a lot of potential growth in the area as can be seen by the number of dispensaries in the area. The business model has been running for almost 5 years and is a fun and unique kind of business model and is not your typical dispensary. All products are made fresh on site and kept for a limited amount of time to keep the items fresh, with only a handful of company brand packaged pre-rolls and gummies that are made off site.

The shop has fully trained staff and a manager to run the store, which comes fully equipped with everything needed to run the business. The store is growing with a lot of repeat customers and currently has a perfect review score on Google from very happy customers. What is needed is someone who can bring capital to the business and give the marketing that it needs, which is something we have not fully been able to do due to things beyond our control.

Also, due to some health issues that have occurred with my business partner, we need to sell our share of the business and only looking to get out of it what we put into it, as well as an amount we owe our franchise partners for funds they have had to put in to open. We can cut the asking price in half if you take on what is owed to our partners, which can be done over a period of time.
