I opened location about 10 months ago.

I own multiple business, and have completely over extended my time and focus - thus I'm scaling back.

The restaurant is currently part of a franchise called Romeo's Pizza. The food is delicious, kown for the sweet sauce and fresh toppings & ingredients. It can be kept in the franchise or unbranded. If kept in the franchise, the buyer will need to pay the franchise a 10K transfer fee. If unbranded the buyer will be responsible for changing the name and signage that is branded to the current franchise.

The restaurants are currently takeout and delivery model.
