Competition
As a highly specialized niche contractor with a large customer base, competition is extremely limited due to our targeting of higher quality, higher margin custom and semi-custom builders. Many will not use any other company simply due to the quality of work we perform. The very few other contractors in this field are low margin, high volume focused and are more subject to competition from each other than we are from them. We do have select volume production customers but they are of higher quality and commitment to us.
Growth & Expansion
Construction is cyclical, and due to our focus on higher quality customers, we've experienced growth even during downturns as higher net worth individuals continue to move here. The growth in NE Florida is at double digits, so the growth potential is greater than many other areas of the country. This business model can be applied to virtually any housing market with strong new construction metrics.
