Bonita Bargains, DBA B Squared Liquidation (bonitabargainz and sunshine_surplus on eBay and www.bsquaredliquidation.com and bonitabargains.com) is a PROFITABLE online resale retailer of name brand and designer clothing and shoes. The business is comprised of two components, the wholesale of lesser valued inventory to a loyal customer base of about 10. We have a Facebook page of over 400 following for the sale of our wholesale inventory. Our gross sales on eBay have been $205,000 (2022) and $250,000 (2023) and gross sales for 2024 are over $150,000 heading into the holiday season. We took the foot of the pedal this past year due to other business ventures. The business also has a Shopify store that organically brings in about $4,000 in revenue annually. In addition we received $10,000 from local consignment shops and another $10,000 (on the books) from our local wholesale customers. We have over 1,400 following on eBay across two accounts and have sold over 41,000 items and have a feedback rating of 99.7% positive. The sale of the business will include all inventory, both eBay accounts, Facebook account and Shopify store. Currently there are over 3,350 active listings listed for over $135,000. We also have a second eBay store sunshinesurplus that currently has 118 active listings at nearly $19,000. Retail value of the merchandise is probably well over $1,000,000. We also have boxes upon boxes of unlisted items as well. We can train you on how we run the business. We have no full time employees other than the owner but we use sub contractors for help with the drafting of listings. Much of the items are "one offs." We generally do not get a lot of the same 1 item.
