The company is Rated #1 on Google for window cleaning and top 3 for gutter cleaning if not #1 as well most times it is searched. This has all been achieved organically and no advertisements have been needed. Of course the paid advertisement companies briefly show up first under "sponsored" but just a half scroll down on the google business listings and OWC is number #1.

This company could easily do a million + a year with the right focus and is on its way to doing that now. Also in 2024 Keizer Oregon was franchised and Ryan receives a 6 percent of gross royalty for that location. Ryan himself would like to sell the business and become a franchisee of Polk County so he still has an area he can call his own and operate in and pay YOU the new owner 6 percent of Gross as well. You would also absorb the 6 percent royalty of Keizer as new owner.

Salem is where the majority of the 1000 current customers reside so the fact that Keizer is taken and Polk county is being proposed to be taken, most the revenue is in Salem Oregon. Ryan has many contracts with apartment complexes and contact info for all the apartment complexes in Salem which is a mind boggling amount. There is also 2 accounts in Lake Oswego that take 10 days total to complete and bring in just over $20,000 a year and a 3rd location is just about to be acquired. This would all be given over to the new owner of Oregon Window Cleaning.
