It also has rented mechanic shop. The second location will have brand new tanks and pumps as well. Currently, pumping 75,000 gallons per month with 30-35 cents margin. it has rented 3-bay garage as well. (With $450,000 down, you can take 2 stations right away and out of which $100,000 will be in the attorney's escrow and once the upgrade is completed the remaining $250,000 can be paid) the permits for the second location are already applied.
