2. Studio Locations: Licensees will be required to open a dedicated Wine and Canvas studio location 6- 8 months from the start of their license. With a studio they can host regular painting events in a permanent setting. They will be required to obtain a liquor license or at least a beer and wine license for this option. This opens the possibility of a larger revenue stream from the added food and beverage sales as well as the possibilities of other revenue streams like open studio time.

Payment Model:
1. Royalty Fee: Licensees will pay an 8% royalty fee on gross monthly sales, which allows them to use the Wine and Canvas brand and access marketing support, booking systems, SOPs, extensive painting portfolio, and operational tools.
2. One-Time Flat Fee: A one-time payment of $35,000 will be required from licensee. This fee will cover:
- Brand setup and rights to use the Wine and Canvas trademark.
- Exclusivity to the territory. No other licensee may host events within predetermined territory.
- Comprehensive training in organizing and hosting painting events, including venue outreach for mobile events.
- Paint and Sip supplies, including; paint materials, canvases, aprons, easels and other necessary supplies. Enough supplies to host events with up to 90 guests.
- Customer List - extensive list of past customers
- Pre-establish social media pages. Some of which have over 8,000 followers.
- Marketing materials such as logo files, online resources, images, painting portfolio, and branding guidelines.
3.Studio Location: Included in the one-time payment of $35,000 will be additional training and support required for the successful launch of a studio location.
