Competition
This is a very niche home based business. Competitors would be veterinarians who offer boarding. But most vets also board dogs, which can be loud and upsetting to rabbits, so rabbit owners prefer a more quiet setting like this. Animal shelters also sometimes offer boarding. Pet sitters may go to people's homes to care for their rabbits, but most people prefer boarding because they don't necessarily want someone they don't know in their home. Many people don't like bothering neighbors and friends to pet sit while they are away.
