Pool service business started in May of 2000. Full service company doing weekly maintenance and repairs. My customers are very loyal and many have been with me for 15-20 years. Business has been built on great communication and customer service. Selling 90 accounts. I have grossed over $200,000 for all accounts ( maintenance, parts and repairs ) in the past 3 years and will again this year. The gross revenue for the 90 accounts I am selling was $132,000 in 2023 for maintenance only. Sales ( parts and repairs) added another 36,000 I just raised my monthly rates to try and reach an average of $130 per month per customer.

Very good business if owner is willing to work it. There is plenty of room for growth. A lot of competition, however, if you are doing a good job and are consistent customers will stay with you a long time. Potential customers prefer smaller companies that way they can get to know who is coming into their backyard on a weekly basis.
Growth & Expansion
Growth opportunities by the addition of more routes is definitely there. Creating a website would help with growth of areas that are already being serviced as well. The more routes you have the more people to hire and manage and that is the main reason I stayed small.
