Residential (95%) swimming pool construction company offering chemicals, supplies, maintenance and remodeling for over 41 years in Central Texas between Austin and Houston. Company offers custom pool designs at fair prices and provide quality service. Other products include outdoor furniture, seasonal decor, cleaning equipment and spa construction. Company employees approximately 12 employees on a full time basis with 50% involved primarily in service and maintenance within a 50 mile radius of their centrally located office location. Office buildings are in the main part of the city and they consist of two adjoining buildings with an estimated value of $750,000 and are included in the overall price for the business and Real Estate. The main pool designer, a relative, would like to stay involved on a basis to be negotiated. Most new business comes from radio advertising, word of mouth and face book. Sub-contractors are used primarily for construction of new pools and remodeling. Hours of operation are M-F: 7:30am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.
