-The structure we envision is an $800,000 price INCLUDING $70,000 of inventory and $40,000 of working capital (total $110,000 INCLUDED in the price). In this scenario, the buyer will put down $80,000, the seller will inject $140,000 on a 2-year deferred loan and Fidelity would finance the balance.
