We’re open during boating season on the clean , beautiful Bull Shoals Lake, commonly known as “ The Caribbean of the Ozarks “. Theodosia, is the bass capital of Missouri, with plenty of fishing , hunting with deer and Turkey.

We are open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, Friday and Saturday only….That’s right …30 days a year.
This is a vacation, lake community. We are a hour drive from Branson , Missouri and a hour to Mountain Home Arkansas.
You could operate all year or just seasonal. We have live music , serving slow smoked bbq meats with beer and wine. We also do hall rental and catering.
