For Sale: Graham Plumbing Supply, OR the inventory of Graham Plumbing Supply. 7609 Raytown Rd. Raytown, Mo. 64138.Established in 1932 by my Father L.A. Graham. Huge plumbing repair parts inventory, Kohler, Chicago Faucets, Crane, American Standard, Moen, Delta, etc. Also, Vintage or Antique sinks and toilets. Not ready to retire, but if I can't sell the business, I would sell the inventory. My lease expires in July 2025. Landlord would negotiate future lease terms. Sales are down, but my business has much potential. Great location to run service work out of here. Great Signage and parking. We did service work for years and years, but since I moved last, I just concentrated on retail and wholesale. I still get calls for service work. We were in midtown K.C. from 1940 to 1999. Have been in this location for 25 years. After moving here, I purchased the 800 number of STAR Plumbing and Maintenance Parts. Star formally in Lenexa Ks., was a division of Westburne Supply Inc. When they were closing down is when I purchased the 800 number. Star had salesmen all over the United States selling out of their catalog. The Westburne man that I dealt with said there was no copyright on the catalog, so we continued to use it and their stock numbers. I also have lists of former Star customers and ones that i have sold to in the past 20 years or so. I currently occupy 6,500 sq. ft. full of inventory includ ing Ridgid pipe threading machine, hand tools, antique lathe, heavy duty shelving and pallet racking, and much more. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have . Asking price is $195,000.00. There could easily be 3-400,000.00 of inventory here. I don't have a specific number.
