This is an "R" PA Liquor License business. This license is listed at the Liquor Control Board website as based in Luzerne County PA (Wilkes-Barre City vicinity). "R" license is allowed to sell product as follows in the Commonwealth of PA: 1) Restaurant with full kitchen cooking area - beverage consumption inside premises mixed alcohol drinks along with wine and beer. Mixed drinks (temporarily due to COVID ) take out with wine and beer standard take out. 2) Deli with eat in food limited to beer consumed there or take out (no other alcohol). Must have seating for 30 chairs available all times. You can use an "E" license instead of "R" in deli business which is generally cheaper to buy on the open market than an "R". Alcohol and mixed drinks have a higher gross profit 5 times higher than beer and 2-3 times higher than wine generally at a restaurant. Be prepared to pay a higher price for an "R' license.
