To retain the people working there, employees must continue to have a good experience. Employee happiness results in customers satisfaction and returning to this establishment time and again.

Have you worked in the industry? Even if you only have a little restaurant experience, owner will provide training.

Do the sensitivity of this business, seller insists on a signed nondisclosure, photo ID, and evidence of funds in the bank or 401(k) to acquire this business. Please acknowledge upfront if you're a competitor. Owner will review each nondisclosure agreement before giving permission to this firm for revealing the identity and location of this business. We will do our best to also help you with your needs, work to make sure you've got a good lease, and get you access to data information and even a private meeting with the owner.

Great staff in place. They have Management in the front of the house and in the back of the house. The owner initially managed the business in detail, but has since hired managers to allow him to take off weeks, even a full month or more at a time. The new owner will probably want to capture some of the expense that goes to the extra amount of management that this owner has in there. We have factored in $100,000 of salary that would go to sellers’ discretion earnings for a full-time working owner. That is not the situation for the current owner now.
