Competition
Seasonal business. No activity/ revenue from about October 15th - May 5th. Then from Early May - Mid October is where you make your money. Lots of other rental boats available in the market, but few by way of pontoons and smaller deck boats. (Those being the most rentable units of inventory). We have done more small (20ft and under) rentals then anyone on Lake Union except for the Existing "Electric Boat Rental" company which has a fleet of 20+ units.
Growth & Expansion
Lots of the business is derived from the online marketplaces that we have built a 5 star reputation on over the years. They do all the marketing for us and bring us the leads that we convert on accordingly. Growth opportunity for someone who wants to build more direct relationship with popular tourist attractions.
