In 2020, we remodeled the entire space with ALL brand new rogue equipment, turf, flooring, tinted windows and an office. We recently repainted the facility about a year ago and have an artist available to create any design along the walls you wish from bartering at no cost. We are off a side street which allows for minimal traffic, easy to find and always plenty of parking with window views of the beautiful grass field outside our location we use to have member events or working out outside. We are in a prime location for Sandy Springs dodging street traffic and little competition based on what we offer and who we offer it to.

Growth & Expansion

There are plenty of growth opportunities for the business such as a price increase (never done one), bolting on supplements, retail, upsells for more personalized accountability coaching and more. We also have a contact list of 6,000 leads that are warm and can be much better marketed to and sold too without increasing CAC.
