The company services the entire northern California market covering the SF Bay area east to Sacramento, south to Monterey a north to Redding and maintains a fleet of vehicles and trailers to manage all deliveries. The business maintains a fleet of trucks and trailers for control of the delivery process.

To successfully operate the business a new owner will need a local business license, resale certificate and a California C-50 Structural Steel license. The current owner is the RMO however, there are numerous employees with licenses that can serve as an RME.

This is a union affiliated business. The non-union staff at the facility consist of management, operations, estimation, personnel and accounting. The yard staff uses workers from the Ironworkers Shop Union 855 which provides flexibility to the number of workers based on current work load.
