We have several large wholesale accounts including the VA who has trusted SlumberBUMP to treat veterans suffering with sleep apnea for many years. In addition to seeking prospective buyers, we are also open to partnership opportunities. We firmly believe that SlumberBUMP has massive growth potential given the proper management and care. The patent and the brand alone are well worth the investment. We do rent some office space in St. George, but it is not critical to the business operations. This is a business that can be run remotely. We currently use a fulfillment house here in Utah, but again this could easily be changed. We have a brand new shipment of inventory arriving any day now, which will augment our existing inventory.
Competition
SlumberBUMP truly is the most recognized brand in the positional sleep therapy industry. That said it is not the most profitable positional sleep therapy device. We have many competitors including the Zzoma pillow, the Night Shift Sleep Positioner, and the Philips NightBalance Positional Sleep Therapy Device. These are huge companies with deep pockets, but in our opinion, their products are inferior, and their brand names are more than a mouthful. The truth is that any of these brands would love to have our patented name and product design.
Growth & Expansion
Approximately 39 million adults in the U.S. suffer with OSA - Obstructive Sleep Apnea - That number is around 1 billion worldwide. Public awareness for this destructive disease has only just begun, which is why only around 5 million have been diagnosed and treated for their Sleep Apnea. The industry is staged for huge growth in the coming years. We firmly believe that we have the best brand, & the best product. What is needed is sales and marketing. The foundation is well established and this is a massive opportunity for the right buyer.
Support & Training
This is a fairly easy business to run as we have developed and streamlined our systems, but we can certainly provide support and training, and access to all partners, distributors, accounts, and our database of past and present customers.
