Operating from our headquarters near the Permian Basin, we are a specialty trade contractor specializing in oilfield electrification and automation services for many of the leading independent exploration and production companies. Our primary services include constructing power lines, electrifying pumping units, installing electric motors, troubleshooting, automation and sheave and hub belt services. In early 2019, the Permian Basin started producing 4.2 million barrels per day of crude oil making it the world’s top oil producer at that time. The Permian Basin today is the highest producing oil field in the US accounting for 20% of US crude oil production and 7% of US dry natural gas production. We strongly believe that our industry is going through a transformation brought on by the shale revolution. The industry has removed substantial costs from the system and introduced significant efficiencies and many of our customers in the Permian Basin appear to have shifted their strategy from production growth to operating within cash flow constraints and generating returns. We have a proven track record supported by 47 years of ongoing business and 60 personnel. We believe our reputation for responsiveness and quality work, local presence, safety leadership and financial strength have resulted in strong relationships with numerous customers and have positioned us to take advantage of future opportunities. In 2023 we hired a former employee to manage the day-to-day business and return the Company to its historical profitability level. For the year ended June 30, 2024 the Company’s total revenue was $14.9 Million with adjusted EBITDA of $2 Million. With the exception of administrative personnel required post-closing, we believe that the Company represents an attractive absentee owner opportunity.
