Good Worker Retention & Loyal Client Base
With a steadfast team and a loyal client base, we've cultivated a warm and welcoming environment that supports both our community and our team.
Founded with a commitment to inclusivity, we take pride in providing a safe haven for all individuals, especially those who may feel marginalized elsewhere. Our trademarked logo and inviting signage reflect our dedication to creating a serene escape for every visitor.
Our Journey and Growth:
Since our establishment, the business has flourished. Through the unwavering support of our dedicated clients and the resilience of our talented therapists, we not only weathered the challenges of the pandemic but emerged stronger. Our revenues, which historically ranged between $100,000 and $125,000 annually from 2009 to 2019, surged to $143,000 in 2022 and $156,000 in 2023 as we continued to expand our offerings and client base.
We have very positive Google reviews spanning many years, and we consistently receive excellent reviews on our online scheduling system.
Facility and Team:
Currently housed in a tranquil space with three treatment rooms, we boast a team of five experienced therapists. Our fourth room, initially utilized as a break room, can easily be converted into an additional treatment space, highlighting our potential for future growth right here in our current location. This would be ideal for a massage therapist who wants to expand their business and take their entrepreneurial journey to the next step.
My Journey:
I purchased this business in 2011 as I was getting licensed as a massage therapist and transformed it from a spa-like enterprise to a therapeutic-centric business focused on pain relief and overall wellness. We grew from being in harder-to-locate commercial spaces with less visibility to finally having our own storefront with signage.
Due to a health condition that affects my joints, I had to stop practicing as a massage therapist after 5 years of working in that field. I transitioned to only doing administrative functions, and have been in that role since that time.
While I continue to love the industry and my team, I miss the hands-on experience with clients, and it feels like time to move onto my next adventure. I would most love to find someone who shares my passion for healing, wellness, and inclusivity who will carry on what I’ve created that is beloved by our clients.
