The Company is a producer of generic and varietal table wines & dessert wines as well as craft beverages. The facility consists of a winery, a distillery and a bottling plant. The winery produces over 12,000,000 gallons of wine a year and has a storage capacity of over 7,000,000 gallons in stainless steel tanks as well as 60/gallon barrels.

The winemaking staff works closely with the growers to ensure optimum picking time to maximize the intensity of each grape variety's character. The freshly picked fruit is then brought directly to the winery where it is promptly crushed to preserve fruitiness. Great care is taken by the winemaking and production staff during the crushing process to provide the utmost in aroma, body and taste. As the wines are aged, the winemaking staff works in their state of the art laboratory, to achieve a complex variety of distinctively pleasing flavors & blends.

Winemaking has been described as both an art and a science, but it is the passion of the Winemaker that sets its products apart from the rest. The result is an offering of dessert, table, fruit, berry and non-beverage wines that offer a splendid combination of smoothness, aroma, taste, bouquet and character. The Company provides a wide range of labeled products for distributors, supermarket chains and larger beverage stores. Today, products are marketed in 35 states nationwide and exported to nine (9) countries.

The Company has an Incredible variety of product offerings and diversity in production ability. Their production includes concentrate, high proof, craft beverages and all sizes of wine. They also have their own brand of Brandy.
