The lease is a one year lease for office space, hangar space, and front desk space. The office is fully furnished. 2018 Robinson R44 Raven II is optional to buy, asking $525,000 for helicopter. Competition
This is the only helicopter company from the upper to middle keys, with only one other helicopter tour operator located in Key West. Keys Helicopter Tours is located in a prime location, as it is right off the main highway road and easily seen/accessible. A billboard is located at an excellent location before entering marathon where tourists can see helicopter tours are offered there as well. The only things to do in Marathon is fishing or flying!
Growth & Expansion
