Located in a strip mall with other small cafes, restaurants, body building facilities, a music store and specialty food shops, there is steady foot traffic. Since it is adjacent to a busy street and located within several hundred feet of a university student apartment housing complex with a connecting walking path, there is ample opportunity for walk in traffic. This is one of only a few Boba cafes in the Boca Raton area, and the only within within the local neighborhood.

Growth & Expansion

A large restaurant in the mall recently closed which negatively affected sales. Another similar restaurant is being built out in the same space and once completed should again bring in additional patrons and increase revenues back up to the prior two years' sales. The owner has expanded offerings with ice cream, tapioca and specialty matcha drinks. There is a robust web site presence which keeps interest by having small contests and give-a-ways.
