The buildout was completed in Spring of 2022, with a new storefront and freshly remodeled interior. Nearly all of the equipment is new, with the exception of the existing kitchen hood itself was used(but installed new fan motors and make up air) and the box of the walk in cooler and freezer was repurposed (we installed new HVAC units to walk ins. A new RTU was installed as well. The store will be turnkey and ready to operate the day after closing with an established customer base.
