Our client list includes some of the largest online retail and e-commerce corporations, technology companies, travel sites, advertising and marketing agencies, and a host of boutique companies and individuals. CSN has executed MSAs with several of these corporations, including those on the Fortune 100 list. Most of these MSAs should also be applicable to other businesses including IT and engineering services.
The company's IP consists of an internally developed, state-of-the-art Content Management Software to manage project workflows and ensure timely and error-free delivery of large projects. We have also added another piece of IP to our portfolio - an "instant services" software that enables quick editing, proofreading, and translation services for small jobs with automated quotes and workflow.
The business is operated virtually with no offices and no employees, so the overhead is extremely low. The company uses freelancers and independent contractors based in U.S., Canada, and several other countries for editorial services fulfillment.
