Location 1: Hotel in Downtown Atlanta - 2 machines in employee cafeteria, open 24/7 and does ~$1,950/month. Refill ~1x every 10-14 days
Location 2: Warehouse distribution facility in Peachtree Corners - 2 machines: 1 in loading dock 1 in employee breakroom, open 5 days a week and does about $850/month. Opportunity to improve assortment or relocate. Refill about every 14 days
Location 3: Senior rehab facility in Atlanta - 4 machines, open 24/7 and does about $11k/month. Pay a 10% commission on cash sales or ~$700/month. Refill 2-2.5x per week
Location 4: Distribution facility in Forest Park - 5 machines, part 24/7 part 9-5 Mon-Fri, split between indoor cafe and warehouse/loading dock. New location starting in Jan. as these 5 machines have recently been relocated. Should do about 70-80% of what prior location was doing (about $8,800/month). Expect to refill 2x/week

Machines locations are no cost to our business (no monthly fees) and also have no long-term contracts so you can move them to better performing locations at-will. Except for one location all have been in service for over a year with positive relationships in good standing.
Growth & Expansion
I have not optimized assortment in quite some time so there are definitely opportunities to improve options to drive upside growth. At senior facility, upside is probably 20%+ by more frequent visits - I am unable to go more than 2x per week but all drinks and most snacks are sold out by the time I return. From a cost standpoint, I am just buying from Sam's Club mostly so there are plenty of opportunities to reduce costs via distribution; I frankly haven't had the time to explore
