Crown Trophy has serviced the North Dakota, northern Minnesota region for 24 years. We work with educational institutions, corporations, city municipalities, as well as organizations and individuals. We produce over 3,000 invoices/year for trophies, plaques, medals, engraved acrylics, crystal, drinkware, name plates, name tags and gifts. A deep customer base of repeat customers as well as new customers due to a growing community. Customer care is a benchmark and central to the success we have experienced.

We currently have 3 engravers, 5 computers, 3 printers, 4 work desks, 7 4 drawer file cabinets, one heat press, display area, newly patched parking lot.
Competition
There are other engravers in the area but not anyone who has the same focus. We are regional in that we work with educational institutions throughout the region. High Schools, colleges and universities. We work with cities, law enforcement, fire departments, youth sports, Scheels, Sanford, several banks, larger companies, as well as the individual who needs some item engraved.
Growth & Expansion
We think there is tremendous room for growth. We currently work with a couple of other companies in processing things we don't currently do ourselves but could probably move these things in-house such as stamps(notary, signature, etc.), possible embroidery, direct color printing, apparel. We are strong in the award market space but someone with other skills could easily use our customer base to provide additional services and products.
Support & Training
Training can be local or at the national headquarters as Crown Trophy is part of a franchise that has 156 locations. We are the only Crown Dealer in ND, SD, and northern MN. I will work with the new owner(s) for 3 months at no cost to make sure you feel confident about the engravers as well as the accounting, filing, etc. We want the new owners to be successful.
