Practice uses Lacerte for tax preparation, QuickBooks for accounting services, JetPack for practice management and SmartVault for clients portal. Practice completes approximately 200 Individual returns, 250 LLC's and partnership tax returns, and 150 corporate and other tax returns generating over $1,000,000 in tax services. There are few small clients bookkeeping and other accounting services generating over $ 200,000 in accounting services. Most clients upload tax documents to portal. There are hand full of clients who come to office once a year. Office is located in class A building on Wilshire Blvd. Office lease will expire June 2025. Seller prefers a buyer to have an existing established business and well staffed with capacity to take on new acquisition. Seller will guarantee first year gross revenue.
