We service over 120 commercial and residential properties in Atlanta and surrounding North Suburbs. My company has an excellent service record and receives 4.8 stars on all consumer rating sites (google etc..)
We offer a Yearly Service agreement to all of our customers and do not entertain one time services unless they sign up for our Yearly Program. I have employees with great knowledge of routes, scheduling, equipment maintenance and customer satisfaction. I have built this business to be extremely streamlined, efficient and easy to run from anywhere in the world. My foreman and crews take care of all daily operations and I run everything else from the system I have built to manage scheduling, routes and billing. (This is a turn key business that will deliver profits immediately)
Our Yearly service program runs on an every 8-10 day schedule during the growing season and a bi-weekly schedule during the non growing season. A total of 33-35 visits per year is included in each service agreement. Our customers pay their monthly cost for this yearly service on the 1st of each month. Some of our customers elect to pay for the entire year with a 5% discount that I offer for the prepay service.
I am in absolutely no hurry to sell this company, because again...I can run it from anywhere.
We have very little turn over in our customer data base because of our excellent service record. New leads for new customer relationships are generated by my website that out ranks many of our large competitors. They press a link from google and are directed to fill out a form for new service. I then send a quote and it's done. Again, very simple business to run.
I'm offering my business platform (website, software for running the day to day, 2 trucks that are in great working condition, 7 commercial mowers and many many stihl hand tools such as weed eaters, blowers and trimmers.
