We have defined our brand by embracing the simplicity of our business model. At the very core, this business is as easy as dropping off a dumpster, picking it up a few days later, then emptying it, and taking to the next job. Training and Support
Before opening there is a comprehensive week long training that takes place in person. When it's time to open, we will travel to you and will physically be at your side as you start your business.
Once operational, you have direct access to all members of our corporate team for any unexpected circumstances that may arise. Though we hear from most of our new franchisees on a daily basis, we will check in with you weekly to make sure you're feeling comfortable with the trajectory of your business. In addition, we will work with you on a monthly basis to review numbers, strategy, and projected growth to ensure that you are hitting the goals that you set for you and your business.
History
In 2016, our founder and CEO, Dustin, was running his trucking company when he found a deal on a hook-lift truck with some dumpsters that he just couldn't pass up. After a powerful re-branding of those assets, Dumpster Dudez was born. Though it started as a part time supplement to his other business, Dustin quickly realized there was a ton (pun intended) of potential for this business model. By the end of 2017, Dustin decided to sell of his trucking business and focus on Dumpster Dudez full time.
Fast forward to 2020, Dustin sold his first franchise territory to a longtime friend. Then did the same in 2021 with another longtime friend, Aaron, who is also one of our franchisors. Looking to expand out of Pennsylvania, and help others find entrepreneurial success, Dustin took a year long break from selling territories to put a corporate team together to strengthen the offering and earning potential of a Dumpster Dudez franchise outlet. After re-launching this offering in April of 2022, we have grown from 3 Pennsylvania units, to 20 total territories in 13 different states!
