Overview
This is an opportunity for smart business executives to replace their six-figure income or give current business owners the ability to rapidly diversify their business portfolio across hundreds of monthly members by scaling to multiple locations.
The Camp is not “just a gym”, it is a “Transformation Center” and clients see that.
Founded in 2010, The Camp Transformation Center has over 108 locations open and 20 in development across 13 states. Each center employs the company’s signature Challenge, a six-week initial entry point for members, which aims to be a transformative moment in the lives of those who join and a launching pad for long-term membership. The Camp Transformation Center is known for its enthusiastic staff members; a clean environment, an open, spacious, and colorful design; nutrition and supplement plans; and fitness training that is motivating and affordable.
The Camp blends a positive group training setting with dynamic interval workouts, nutrition and supplement plans, and highly qualified trainers. Franchisees drive membership through seven annual challenges. Successful challengers most often endear themselves to The Camp and become long-term members.
The program consists of group training with dynamic interval workouts, nutrition and supplement plans and highly qualified trainers. Members often join through initial Challenges, which are scheduled seven times per year. For members seeking to maintain their fitness routine, additional Challenges, such as one designed to lose 5 percent body fat in six weeks, are also available. Successful Challengers most often endear themselves to The Camp and become members.

Operational and Marketing Tools:
Full Marketing support is provided via multiple marketing vendors. We have an in-house team that will design, manage, and implement your social media ads. We typically run 18-23 ads per 6-week challenge cycle which occurs 7 times a year. Additional ads run in between and new locations have special ads that run during your NCO program. This includes video and static ads run in both English and Spanish.
Marketing reports are easy to run through ABC and we will teach you how to assess your overall ROI and other key metrics related to marketing.
Additionally every day you’ll receive emails containing professionally made marketing pieces focusing on various brand touchpoints, new programs, supplements, and more. These are static images along with short professionally shot video clips for FB stories and IG reels.
History
The Camp TC started off as a dream for Luis & Alejandra Font, along with their good friend Sam. They launched the first location and quickly found success by targeting weight loss and body transformation. Members loved the workouts but more importantly the community and the culture.
Members quickly asked about opening their own Camp locations and licenses were quickly granted. As The Camp grew we switched to a franchising model to have more control of brand continuity and provide additional resources to owners.
The Camp began franchising in 2016 and all the growth has been from existing members and employees who are passionate about the brand. Why? Because members who lose 20, 40, 60, or even 100lbs are not just working out. They are experiencing a life-altering event that is deeply rooted in their heart. The Camp just awarded its 150th franchise and is on pace to award its 200th location in early 2024.
