Adam Berman joined Berman Enterprises in 2009 after working as a quantitative analyst at Vicis Capital LLC. Adam holds a Masters in Physics from Princeton University and a Bachelors in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University.
Adam's focus is split between operations, overseeing Berman's financial and accounting processes, leasing for Berman's DC Metro Area office portfolio, and land development for Berman's undeveloped land portfolio; focusing particularly on transit oriented development and government leasing. Adam is a trustee of the Greater Washington United Jewish Endowment Fund and is a board member of the Milton Gottesman Jewish Day School. Adam lives in Washington, DC. He is a competitive ping pong player, enjoys rollerblading, rollerblade hockey, biking, music, and spending time with his family.
