David Scherer is an integral member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Medical Real Estate Advisors Team and is focused on helping forward thinking leaders in the medical industry exceed their desired outcomes. David’s business model is solely focused on taking a consultative approach to each of his client’s medical real estate or healthcare real estate needs though his “no client is the same” approach.
His business is 100% focused on delivering strategic advisory and brokerage services to healthcare providers, physician medical practice groups, hospital systems, investors in healthcare real estate, university medical centers, ambulatory surgical center operators, dental practices and behavioral health companies., to name a few. Together with his team, David has completed over 2.1 million square feet of medical transactions across the country.
