Frank D. Cox joined Newmark Knight Frank in April 1987 and has since become a dominant force in the industrial marketplace. Mr. Cox specializes in the lease and sale of industrial properties in Santa Clara County. Since joining the company, he has completed more than 1,900 transactions with value in excess of $600 million and totaling more than 11 million square feet and 28 acres.
Mr. Cox began his real estate career with Lalond Brokerage, where he quickly learned the business and established himself as a sound producer and as an up-and-coming broker.
