Bio
Kimberly started in the real estate business from a legal background, having studied International Business Law in Washington, DC. at The George Washington University Law School. While living in Washington, DC, she had the opportunity to work at the Department of Justice Immigration Court- handling asylum cases, United Nations Refugee Agency, and Child Protection Services. She has also taught Business Law, International Business Law, and Employment & Labor Law at San Diego University for Integrative Studies. Kimberly brings her law background to her real estate career to advocate effectively on behalf of her clients. She is results-driven and creatively thinks on behalf of her clients, acting in their best interest to effectively handle any real estate requirements. She has a strong command of all product type within the Chula Vista market, and uses her specific market knowledge combined with relationships to successfully complete transactions in the Chula Vista marketplace. Kimberly partners with her father, Tracy C. Clark, a Senior Vice President with Voit in the Chula Vista market for the past 35 years. As The Clark Team, they combine their experience in real estate, legal expertise, and their almost 50 years of market knowledge to better serve their clients. Kimberly is fluent in Spanish and American Sign Language and proficient in French, having studied abroad in Spain and France. She is also a member of the California Bar Association. Kimberly enjoys marathon racing and has traveled to over 57 countries. She & her husband Tyler have run marathons all over the world together. She has also spent extensive time doing humanitarian aid work in Romania, Czech Republic, Haiti, Mexico, & Madagascar.
