Todd Hollan is currently the President for NWE Management Company located in the Black Hills of South Dakota and residing in Rapid City. Todd has spent the last 35 years in the business community, starting in Sioux Falls South Dakota in the equipment rental and sales industry in 1985, and in 1989 was given the opportunity to be a part of the western South Dakota, eastern Wyoming territory. During the time spent in Rapid City, Todd had the opportunity to grow the volume, profit, and market share of the Rental Company substantially while transitioning from the privately owned entity to the cooperate holdings of ownership through a G.E. owned subsidiary , better known as United Rentals Inc. Todd exited the equipment rental and sales world in 2003, entering into Real Estate. After being licensed as an associate Broker his first year for the Prudential Kahler Real Estate office in Rapid City, Todd was brought in as the Sales Manager for the Firm in 2004. Todd went on to get a Responsible Brokers license and becoming the Designated Broker and Sales Manager for Prudential Kahler Realtors for the next 6 years. Other designations from the South Dakota Real Estate Commission include certification to instruct Real Estate Licensing courses in the state of South Dakota, and of course the Responsible Broker for NWE Management Company. 2011 was my transition to NWE Management Company and my role as the Director of Operations, now President. NWE Management Company has transitioned with protocol and structure under guidelines I have implemented, and is in an ongoing process to get better at what we do in the industry. I am always looking for the operational edge, and continued growth of whatever we are involved with. These opportunities include Real Estate development, sales, Business direction and consulting, and of course the industry of Property Management.
