RE Agent/Investor/Developer and Owner of ConnCrete Realty Solutions – Aaron has a passion for helping others reach for the stars! He feels as though people can reach their fullest potential as long as they have the right team of people around them and trust that the Lord will provide the way. Aaron is an Alexandria, MN native and grew up on Lake Carlos. He has grown to love and respect the Alexandria area community and strives to serve each one of his Clients’ individual needs. He enjoys getting to know his Clients’ needs and goals so that he can help build the road map to get them there.
Aaron started off his professional career as an outside sales representative in the agricultural industry in 2011. He was calling on implement dealers in territories that spanned from Western MN all the way to Portland OR. In his travels, he grew to really enjoy touring different manufacturing facilities and local dealerships, as well as seeing/experiencing the different communities they reside in. Sales and business has always been a passion for Aaron and through the years he became more interested in how he could branch off into his own business. In 2018, he started to become a student to the real estate industry, he identified it as a business he could get into while still working his current job. He purchased his 1st 4 unit apartment building that year and was instantly hooked. He could see a path forward into the investment business and growing a portfolio that would help him reach his eventual goal of being a full time investor/entrepreneur.
Aaron spent the next several years building a very diverse real estate portfolio. He has a passion for the numbers and is a real “spreadsheet guy”. After years of honing his craft in the investment/development world and meeting his now wife, Taylor Conn, he decided to get his real estate license. Shortly after, ConnCrete Realty Solutions was born to better serve clients in a capacity that encompasses all aspects of real estate.
