Aaron Fierstein provides over 25 years of expertise in multifamily sales, acquisitions, and 1031 exchanges. He first sold a $16 million dollar property within a few months of starting his commercial real estate career and has continued to passionately represent his clients with over $500 million dollars in property sales within Southern California. Some of his recent sales include several multifamily portfolios in Torrance in excess of 278 units, two of Hawthorne's largest multifamily properties at 187 units and 131 units, respectively, 109 units in Gardena, and 80 units and 50 units in Inglewood. Aaron maintains strict guidelines, both professionally and ethically, to ensure that his clients receive the highest degree of representation. As an expert advisor and negotiator, he is committed to providing his clients with exceptional real estate investment advisory services and financial gain through product specialization, market expertise, and networking.
