Mr. Lujan brings nearly 20 years of real estate and financial management experience as both an investor and operator.
Lujan has personally invested in nearly $100m of real estate transactions with an average personal ownership of 50% across all deals. These transactions have resulted in a 50%+ gain on asset at point-of-sale and have resulted in over 100%+ return on capital placed (with average leverage per deal of 55%).
Mr. Lujan is a value investor focusing on inefficiencies within his core markets of operation which include the Counties of Los Angeles and Orange, California. Conservative in approach, Capital preservation is the corner stone of his investment strategy. While a value approach is used at point of acquisition, a growth strategy drives the renovation / stabilization process which have resulted in extraordinary returns in A+ locations.
Prior to this, Mr. Lujan served as CFO of Pacific Century Group, a billion-dollar real estate development firm headquartered in Irvine California and later as VP of Finance and CFO of full service GPS providers.
Mr. Lujan began his career in public accounting as an auditor with Arthur Anderson LLP’s downtown Los Angeles office and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
Aaron currently lives in Newport Beach California with his wife and two daughters.
