Abby, a Gainesville native, has her Bachelors in Health Administration as well as a background in fitness and coaching. Scott was born in Palatka, a small town on the outskirts of Gainesville. His passion for MMA fighting pushed him to pursue Gainesville, which later became his home base. Since then, he has worked at ADT Security-in both sales and a technician role. Abby and Scott met while they were in college working in the hospitality industry. They both shared a common interest for food, exercise, and any water-related activity. They later became married and started the family they had always dreamed of. Growing their own business allowed them to have work/life balance-something very important to both of them.
