Abby Stevenson brings a bright and energizing presence to the Urban Story team. Coming to Chattanooga for school in 2014, Abby quickly fell in love with the city and the inspiring professionals, artists and innovators within it. An affinity for problem solving and leadership propelled her into invaluable internships and professional development opportunities. During that time she provided creative content to local organizations and implemented streamlined management processes for area businesses. Abby is a lifelong student whose hobby is to acquire as many professional and life skills as possible. To her, every experience can be translated into knowledge. A problem solver by nature, Abby enjoys finding the perfect space for all businesses. As a leasing coordinator at Urban Story, Abby facilitates and monitors activities related to the leasing process. Marketing and showing properties, brainstorming improvement to company assets, ascertaining the best possible tenant to space fit, coordinating with property management, and ensuring every tenant an enjoyable transition in to a new space are just some of the things she does best.
