Bio
Abi Pai joined Lincoln Property Company in 2021 as a Vice President. His primary responsibilities include asset management and acquisitions for Lincoln Advisors, where he helps to manage two state pension fund separate account. Prior to joining Lincoln, Abi was Director of Asset Management and Operations at Knickpoint Ventures, an commercial real estate investor, developer, and operator of opportunistic assets across several major metropolitan cities. There he was directly responsible for asset-level financial performance and overall strategy for a portfolio valued in excess of $400 million across multiple asset classes including commercial, multi-family, industrial, and self-storage.
Prior to joining Knickpoint, he was an early employee at NodeSource, an enterprise software development firm focused on building products and services for Fortune 500 companies. Abi started his career at JPMorgan as an Analyst and Associate in the Corporate & Investment Bank.
Abi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
