Adam is a native Atlantan and grew up around the real estate business with his father being a commercial re broker. Adam decided to take advantage of this relationship and set forth on the same career path. After graduating from UGA in ’89 and being licensed in ’98, his focus was to represent clients in property acquisition and disposition through both leasing and sales. In his 25 plus years he has worked with Windsor Realty, Spectrum / Colliers and CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), perfecting his skills of market analysis, site acquisition, financial analysis, and contract negotiation.
Experience: 25 years in commercial brokerage – leasing & sales, both acquisition & disposition, Atlanta, representing tenants, buyers, landlords and sellers.
Over 1,000,000 sf of leasing / sales in NW Metro Atlanta since 2021.
