Adam C. Black recieved national recogition as one of the top young marketing students in 2000. Adam decided to launch himself into the business world after spending his first 2 years out of high school working towards a degree in Marketing from ASU Business School. He spent a year getting on the job sales training and once ready he launched his own marketing company. He soon afterward became a father to Kailey Tristen Black on October 19th, 2002. Adam then decided to turn towards the family business of Real Estate Sales. His Mother specializing in Relocation and Luxury Home Sales for Russ Lyon Realty and his Father a 1031 Exchange Specialist opened the doors towards his career. Adam received his Sales License in September of 2002 and is currently finishing classes for Brokers License which should be completed by the end of the year. After briefly leasing apartments, selling timeshares and representing buyers in the resale market he realized his skills were suited for the Commercial Leasing business. “I love helping small business owners get into a lease that will help them be successful” In December of 2005 Adam incorporated and expanded his leasing business and is now practicing his craft under Adam C. Black PLLC. While expanding his practice he now represents Landlords, Investors and Owners selling their property and assets. In addition to working full time for his clients he is also helping pave the way for the expansion of RE/MAX 2000 Commercial Division by developing transitioning agents and laying the foundation of what will become one of the largest Internationally recognized Commercial Firms in our industry. Adam believes that the immense power of the internet, the recognition of the RE/MAX name, and the diverse growth in the Arizona market will fuel this rapid expansion. “I believe that the only way to get what you want in life is if you can help enough other people get what they want” His belief in this philosophy is evident by the way he handles his business, represents his clients, and deals with people in life.
