As a 3-year office tenant representation broker, Adam Ceribelli is a new talent in the Baltimore market. While primarily cutting his teeth on deals of all sizes, his exposure to some of the largest and most complex deals in Baltimore fuels rapid growth and knowledge of negotiating on behalf of his clients.
Along with specializing in the Baltimore Metropolitan market, Adam works on multiple multi-market accounts, including Sinclair Broadcast Group, PERI USA, and Keller North America, to name a few, doing deals in markets across the United States. These deals offer education on creativity in gaining leverage, navigating through difficult markets, experience in deals with large institutional landlords, and pushing deals across the finish line.
