Bio
Adam, a lifelong local, proudly calls Anchorage, Alaska his home. Despite its status as a bustling commercial hub, Anchorage retains a unique small-town atmosphere. Raised with strong morals, principles, and a robust work ethic, Adam embodies the spirit of his community. With a Hospitality Administration BA degree and a minor in Business Administration, Adam has embarked on a career in Commercial Real Estate, aiming to hone his skills in salesmanship. Currently, he is employed at Comer & Associates Real Estate, a family brokerage specializing in commercial hotel properties. Drawing inspiration from his father, Randy, who has achieved remarkable success in the industry, Adam seeks to learn from his father's expertise and forge his own path in due time. Adam boasts over 10 years of experience in various roles within the hospitality industry, including three years as a hands-on Front Desk Manager/Operations at a local Alaskan hotel. His diverse background encompasses front-of-house and back-of-house operations, revenue management, sales, and HR. He began working in and around hotels as a young boy, long before high school. Now, alongside his brothers, Adam collaborates with his father to establish a strong commercial real estate portfolio. Randy, with over 20 years of industry experience, has sold more than 40 hotels in the Greater Anchorage area through his brokerage, Comer & Associates. Additionally, he has owned two separate hotels with a combined total of over 300 rooms in Anchorage. Leveraging Randy's extensive connections, industry knowledge, and experience, Adam and his family aim to provide a comprehensive package for businesses seeking commercial real estate opportunities. With a wealth of experience in hotel ownership, management, and brokerage, they also offer consulting services. Their ultimate goal is to connect buyers and sellers while creating mutually beneficial and prosperous outcomes for all parties involved.
