Adam Feldman has been a commercial real estate professional since 1992. Adam currently oversees the debt and equity for the company's commercial investment property portfolio as well as handles the operations, management and financial components of Helix Properties. Prior to co-founding Helix, Mr. Feldman represented a multitude of clients in the sale and lease of commercial, office, and retail property in Illinois and Arizona. Mr. Feldman is a graduate of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with a Masters of Business concentrating in Finance and Strategy. Additionally, he graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Political Science and a Minor in Economics. Adam, via the Helix Foundation, supports charitable and philanthropic causes that add to the quality of life within the community.
